Call for OPEN 2023 Spring courses

Are you an foreign English teaching professional and are interested in taking an online course developed by a U.S. university? Apply to be part of the Online Professional English Network (OPEN) Program through the U.S. Embassy in Lithuania!

Applications are open through February 6, 2023, for 8-week courses that begin in April 2023. The course application is attached.

Certificates and digital badges are issued by the U.S. Department of State for all those who pass the course.

The Online Professional English Network (OPEN) Program offers foreign English teaching professionals the opportunity to take innovative, online university-level classes and online professional development programming for teachers through FHI360.
