Let’s celebrate listening to US Naval Forces in Europe and Africa Band, which will play the best of American music, playing outdoor games, and enjoying great American-style food from food trucks!
The Welles Declaration is a statement issued in 1940 by Benjamin Sumner Welles, then-Acting Secretary of State of the United States of America (later called the Welles Declaration). In this statement, the U.S. did not recognize the occupation of the Baltic States and this declaration remains the best proof of our lasting friendship.
