There are no International commercial flights from Lithuania. However, there are flights from Tallinn to Frankfurt. The schedule is listed below. It is still possible to cross the Latvian and Estonian borders in order to depart by air. German officials have confirmed American citizens arriving from Estonia must remain in the airport’s transit zone. Onward flights to the United States will require an overnight stay in Frankfurt. Contact the consular section at consec@state.gov if you plan to use this route. We want to inform our colleagues in Riga and Tallinn of any moment between countries.
