Update

Effective July 16, Lithuania ended the nationwide quarantine but kept the state of emergency.  Face masks are recommended in public transport, events in closed public spaces, and in other places where it is not possible to maintain a safe distance between people.

Ministry of Health published a global list of COVID-19 affected countries, which will be updated every week.  Foreigners from these countries are allowed entry to Lithuania only in exceptional cases, and those allowed to enter are subject to a recommended 14-day self-isolation.  See the list of “affected countries” https://sam.lrv.lt/en/news/the-list-of-countries-most-affected-by-covid-19-includes-45-countries.

A separate list of European Economic Area (EEA) countries, Switzerland, and the UK is published every Monday.  See the current EEA/EU list https://sam.lrv.lt/en/news/lithuanias-revised-list-of-coronavirus-safe-countries (Source: MoH).
