Validity of MRV receipts purchased during COVID-era is about to expire. In order to redeem a COVID-era MRV fee receipt, customers must book an interview before September 30, 2023. Applicants who paid the MRV fee before October 1, 2022, will be able to book or change their appointment from now until September 30, 2023, without paying a new fee. The actual date of the interview does not matter. It could be months or even years into the future.
After September 30, 2023, customers will not be able to book or change appointments using receipts purchased prior to October 1, 2022 and will be required to pay a new fee. A customer who seeks to book or change the date of a previously booked appointment after September 30, 2023 will not be able to do so until they pay a new fee.
