On Joint U.S. – Lithuania Air Forces Exercise
This week U.S. Air Force aircraft and personnel from the 5th Bomb Wing at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota are scheduled to participate in a bilateral military exercise in Lithuania to improve interoperability between U.S. and Lithuanian forces. Joint training with allied nations such as Lithuania contributes to the enduring and strategic relationships necessary to confront a broad range of global challenges, and demonstrates the unwavering U.S. commitment to security in the Baltic region.
