Location: Vilnius – Bernardiniu Parkas, Cathedral Square, Gedimino Prospektas
Event: The Baltic Pride March for Equality will take place this Saturday, June 4 at 14:00. The goal of the event is to demonstrate support for LGBTQI+ people worldwide. Parade line-up will start at 12:00 in Bernardiniu Parkas. After completing the line-up, the parade will exit Bernardiniu Parkas and head down Radvilaites and Sventaragio streets before proceeding up Gedimino Prospektas to the White Bridge. The parade route from Bernardiniu Parkas, along Gedimino Prospektas, to the park on the north side of the White Bridge, as well as side streets in a two-block radius, will be closed to vehicular traffic. This event is expected to be orderly and peaceful; however, around 10,000 people are expected to participate. There will be increased police presence to ensure safety throughout the event.
